Friendly reminder that your July HOA Assessments are due tomorrow, July 1, 2026, for a total of $170.00. Statements were mailed several weeks ago.
Annual HOA Assessments are $340.00. This is broken into two payments of $170.00 each, due on January 1 and July 1. You can always pay in advance or the full amount at once.
Please pay ON TIME and IN FULL. When a homeowner is late or doesn't pay, they will incur unnecessary costs for the association and themselves. These costs include late fees, interest, collection fees, and eventually, high-cost attorney fees.
Currently, 40 accounts, out of 454, are past due. $170.00 will be added to what those accounts currently owe. Please pay your account as soon as possible. It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain their individual account and have a $0.00 balance.
There are several options to make your payment:
