Potluck by the Parkside is NOT an approved Parkside at Slaughter Creek HOA event
Parkside, It has been brought to our attention that a "community-wide event" called "Potluck by the Parkside Competition" is being promoted by a Parkside homeowner.
Hello Parkside,
It has been brought to our attention that a "community-wide event" called "Potluck by the Parkside Competition" is being promoted by a Parkside homeowner.
This is NOT an approved Parkside at Slaughter Creek HOA event and is prohibited.
A community-wide event needs approval from the HOA, and it cannot be for personal gain (marketing for a business, profit, etc). To RSVP for this event, you need to enter your contact information. This can be viewed as marketing for contacts for a business via a community event without HOA approval. This is also not related to single-family residential purposes.
3.18 Prohibited Uses of our CCRs reads as follows and applies here:
“No activity or use shall be permitted on or with respect to the Property which is determined by the Board to be obnoxious to or out of harmony with a distinctive residential community...”
“No activity, whether for profit or not, which is not related to single-family residential purposes, shall be carried on upon any Lot...”
Thank you for your attention.
Board of Directors for Parkside at Slaughter Creek HOA
