Spring is here at Parkside at Slaughter Creek Owners Association, Inc., and it is time to prepare our community grounds and individual properties for the growing season. Our landscape maintenance team has been working diligently to ensure common areas are looking their best.
As a friendly reminder, now is the ideal time to address any winter damage to your lawn and garden beds. Consider reseeding bare patches, applying a pre-emergent weed treatment, and refreshing mulch around trees and flower beds. Central Texas weather can be unpredictable, so stay mindful of freeze warnings even into early spring.
The community common areas at Parkside at Slaughter Creek Owners Association, Inc. are being refreshed with seasonal plantings and fresh mulch. Our landscaping crews will be performing regular mowing, edging, and irrigation system checks throughout the spring and summer months.
Homeowners are reminded to keep lawns mowed and edged regularly, trim overgrown shrubs, and ensure that landscaping does not obstruct sidewalks or neighbor visibility at intersections. Please review the community architectural guidelines for approved plant species and landscaping modifications.
If you notice any irrigation leaks, dead trees, or landscaping concerns in common areas, please report them through the contact page on our website so we can address them promptly. Thank you for helping keep our community beautiful!
